We are lightning fast ⚡and typically have you reviewing candidates within 10 days and fill roles with a suitable candidate within 6 weeks.

The first 5 weeks of providing potential candidates is free of charge. If you would like to continue research after 6 weeks, the research fee is $250 USD per week.

🛠️ How We Work

Our process for finding your next hire.

1. We start with an introductory meeting so we can get to know each other and learn more about the roles you are hiring for.
2. Next, we will send you our contract for review and signature. Once the contract is signed, we hit the ground running with our research to find you the perfect candidate.
3. We send you updates through a Weekly Report where you can view stats on our reach out initiatives, look at resumes, LinkedIn profiles and our HR notes for the candidates we recommend.
4. You decide which candidates you would like to interview and we will arrange those calls in your calendar.
5. Lastly, once the perfect candidate has accepted your hiring offer, we will invoice you and stay in touch during the successful candidate’s probationary period.
